Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI®) Appraisals

StepUp Solutions®, Inc. is licensed by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) to conduct appraisals using the Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI), version 1.2. Our SCAMPI Lead Appraisers have over 15 years of appraisal experience using the CMMI, SW-CMM®, and other process improvement models.

As part of the appraisal process, StepUp Solutions provides SEI official SCAMPI Team Training to prepare you or your appraisal team to perform as effective SCAMPI team members. This training covers all aspects of the method including appraisal planning, data collection and consolidation, and generating and reporting the appraisal findings. The SEI's Introduction to CMMI course (a prerequisite for being on a SCAMPI team) is also provided.
