She has also supported many large and small companies in defining, improving, and institutionalizing CMMI-based product development processes related to the following categories: engineering, project management, organizational (e.g., training, engineering process group), and support (e.g., CM, quality assurance, measurement and analysis). Diane has active security clearances and is able to support appraisals in classified environments.

Steve McDonald has extensive experience in defining, improving, integrating, and institutionalizing Business Process Management Systems (BPMS). His areas of specialization include systems and hardware engineering process improvement, functional hardware management, and support to critical business winning activities (e.g., proposals). He also has an in-depth knowledge of the CMMI and has served as a appraisal team member on many SCAMPIs.
